1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the hh22 platform, available at hh22.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and with the specific rules of each promotion available at Promotions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the hh22 platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to the terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all categories available on hh22, including Sports Betting (football, MMA, UFC, e-sports, and other sports), Live Casino, slots, and crash games.

2Eligibility and Registration

To use hh22, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age on the date of registration;
• Be resident in Brazil and hold a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal;
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the hh22 platform for a violation of these terms;
• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an hh22 employee or of any partner company involved in the operation of the platform;
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and email.

Hh22 reserves the right to request additional documents at any time for identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer), such as a government-issued ID, driver's license, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension until the matter is resolved.

3Your hh22 Account

Each user may have only an active account at hh22, linked to your CPF. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and results in permanent suspension and cancellation of all balances and bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential;
• All activity carried out using your login credentials;
• Notify hh22 immediately of any unauthorized access to your account by emailing suporte@hh22.best or using the live chat.

Hh22 never asks for your password by email, WhatsApp, phone, or any other channel. Be wary of any such messages — they may be phishing attempts. We recommend using unique passwords combining letters, numbers, and special characters, as well as two-factor authentication where available.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to periodic verification. Balances held in permanently inactive accounts — following contact attempts that go unanswered for 24 months — may be handled in accordance with Brazilian legislation applicable to unclaimed assets.

4Deposits and Payments

All deposits at hh22 are processed in BRL (Brazilian Real). The accepted payment methods are:

• Pix — instant credit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário — settlement period of up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit and debit card — from the major card brands accepted in Brazil;
• PicPay — credited within minutes of confirmation;
• Mercado Pago — credit applied within minutes after confirmation.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There are no fees on deposits made via Pix. For other payment methods, any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's own responsibility — hh22 does not add any additional charges on top of the deposited amount.

All deposits must be made from bank accounts or payment methods held in the name of the registered user. hh22 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit from a different source is detected, the amount will be returned and the account may be suspended for review.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at hh22 are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered by the user in their account. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. hh22 charges no withdrawal fees.

To request a withdrawal, the user must:

• Have a fully verified account (KYC completed);
• Have a Pix key registered to the account matching the account holder's CPF;
• No pending rollover requirements from active bonuses;
• Have no open bets that fully cover the available balance.

The standard processing time is up to 5 minutes via Pix after the request is approved. In situations requiring manual security review, processing may take up to 24 hours. hh22 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 10.000,00, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9,613/1998).

Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. hh22 processes withdrawals only to accounts held by the same CPF registered on the platform.

6Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at hh22 covers football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, state championships, and international leagues), MMA and UFC, e-sports, volleyball, basketball (NBB), and other sports.

The general rules for Sports Betting are:

• Bets must be placed before the market closes for that event. Live bets remain open as indicated by the platform for each specific market;
• Obvious odds errors — where the displayed odd is clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — may be cancelled by hh22, with the stake returned to the user's balance;
• In the event of cancellation, postponement, or suspension of an event, single bets are cancelled and the stake is refunded. For parlays, the cancelled selection is removed and the remaining results stay valid;
• Bets suspected of result manipulation or irregular agreements between participants may be voided following an investigation;
• Hh22 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event, market, or user, based on internal risk management criteria.

For live betting, odds reflect the state of the event at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system — not when you clicked the button. In highly volatile situations, the odds may update before confirmation, and you will be notified to accept or decline the new odds.

7Casino, Slots & Crash Games

Hh22 offers Live Casino games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and more), slots from a wide range of providers, and crash games. All games are supplied by certified providers and audited by independent bodies to ensure fair and random outcomes (certified RNG — Random Number Generator).

Key things to know about casino games on hh22:

• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) shown on the game page, representing the theoretical return percentage over a large number of rounds;
• The outcome of each round or spin is independent of previous results — there are no predictable payment cycles or patterns;
• The use of software, bots, or automated systems to play is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension;
• The minimum bet amount for slots is R$ 0.20 per round, varying depending on the specific game;
• Crash games have specific rules displayed before each round, including cash out procedures and the mechanisms used to determine the crash point.

8Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions available on hh22 — including welcome bonuses, cashback, free bets, free spins, and event bonuses — are subject to the specific terms and conditions described on each promotion's page. The general points that apply to all promotions are:

• Rollover: minimum wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawing winnings derived from a bonus. The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount and specified in each promotion;
• Validity period: unused or incomplete bonuses that expire within the stipulated timeframe are automatically canceled, with no right to compensation;
• Minimum odds: bets placed at odds below the minimum specified in the promotion do not count toward rollover completion;
• One promotion per user: each welcome promotion is valid only once per CPF, email address, device, or IP address;
• Hh22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible.

Abusing bonuses — including placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same event to guarantee a profit regardless of the result (bonus arbitrage) — is a violation of these terms and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

9Prohibited Conduct

Hh22 users are strictly prohibited from:

• Providing false information during registration or verification processes;
• Creating more than one account or using someone else's account;
• Using any software, script, bot, or automated system to access, browse, or place bets on the platform;
• Attempting to manipulate the outcomes of games or sporting events;
• Conducting financial transactions with funds of illicit origin (money laundering);
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person;
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Taking any action that could compromise the security or integrity of the hh22 platform or of other users.

Any detected prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, and — where applicable — a refund of only the real-money balance provably deposited by the user, following a case review. hh22 may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

10Account Closure

At the user's request: you may close your hh22 account at any time by contacting support via chat, email, or WhatsApp. Prior to closure, any pending real-money balance withdrawals will be processed under the standard rules. Unused bonus balances are canceled on the date of closure.

At hh22's discretion: the platform may suspend or close accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, manipulation, or misuse of the platform;
• Order from a regulatory or judicial authority;
• Account inactive for an extended period, as described in Section 3.

If hh22 closes an account for security reasons or due to an ongoing investigation, the real-money balance may be temporarily withheld until the review is complete. The user will be informed of the reason for the closure and the steps to recover any legitimate balances.

11Privacy & Data (LGPD)

Hh22 processes all users' personal data in accordance with the LGPD — General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). The data collected is used exclusively for:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention;
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and bets;
• Communications about your account, promotions, and platform updates (with the option to opt out at any time);
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

13Limitation of Liability

Hh22 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation. In cases of scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure), hh22 is not liable for:

• Loss of a betting opportunity due to temporary system unavailability;
• Betting decisions made based on third-party information not affiliated with hh22;
• Outcomes of sporting events or casino games, which are inherently uncertain and independent of the platform;
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Brazilian law.

Hh22's total liability to any user, under any circumstance, is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14Changes to the Terms

Hh22 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. When that happens:

• Active users will be notified by email and/or in-app notification with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the new conditions take effect, except where changes are required by an immediate legal obligation;

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular:

• General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018);
• Anti-Money Laundering Law (Law No. 9,613/1998);

The elected forum is the the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, as the competent jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, expressly waiving any other venue, however privileged, except where Brazilian consumer protection law designates a different jurisdiction for the benefit of the consumer.
